Refunds depend on supplier approval and the terms of your individual booking. cachefares.com helps coordinate eligible refunds once cancellation or schedule-change rules are confirmed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only when permitted by the airline, hotel, tour operator, car rental provider, or other supplier connected to your booking.

Processing Timeline

Once approved by the supplier, refunds are usually processed within 7 to 21 business days. Bank and card issuer timelines may add extra time.

Original Payment Method

Eligible refunds are generally returned to the original payment method unless another method is approved by cachefares.com.

Non-refundable Charges

Service fees, convenience fees, payment charges, documentation fees, used services, and supplier penalties may be non-refundable.

How Refunds Are Calculated

The refund amount is calculated after deducting supplier penalties, used services, cancellation charges, and applicable cachefares.com service fees. If your booking included multiple services, each component may have a different refund rule.

In cases of airline schedule changes, hotel closure, supplier cancellation, or operational disruption, refunds or credits are subject to the options provided by the supplier.

  • Booking reference or invoice number
  • Traveler name and contact details
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request
  • Any supplier notification or proof, if available
